Notes:
1.Standard package are 25KG ,30KG,1000kG,and all preparations should be stored in temperature above zero centigrade ,valid period is 18months.
2.Mix thoroughly before using or taking sample to assure uniformity.Coherence of tingting strength may be affected.
3.Opened container should be sealed to avoid evaporation and bacteria .
4.If dilution required, slowly pour water into preparation when stirring the preparation, add a little bactericide.Do not pour the preparation into water.
5.When adjusting color ,please make all adjustments in the lab first.
6.This data is based on the understanding and test for pigment from our suppliers, and we suggest that order to obtain the best result.
I.Heat stability:The valuse quoted indicate up to what temperature the pigments do not significantly after. These are guide values which can be influenced by the binder used and the period of exposure to high temper ature.
II.Fastness to acids and alkalies:Assessment against the 5-step Grey Scale.
III.Fastness to light:Assessment again the 8-step Blue Scale.
IV.Fastness to weathering :Assessment after 1000 Hrs accelerated aging by Xenotes (Q-Sun)against 5-step Grey Scale.
